Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the complete life cycle of projects from conception to delivery.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership/operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Exceptional project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and productivity tools.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Coimbatore.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, providing progress updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, SEO specialists, and performance marketers on execution.
• Review campaign outputs and performance reports for alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Track milestones with project management tools, flag bottlenecks, and implement timely fixes.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years managing digital marketing projects or campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with project management tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication, with a strong client-facing demeanor.
• Must be based in or willing to work from our Coimbatore office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger entries accurately.
• Handle end-to-end GST calculations, reconciliations, and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with TDS calculations, filing, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial reporting.

Requirements

• Female candidate, 2 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting and taxation.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, etc.).
• Proficiency in GST filing and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally).
• Good command over Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Coimbatore and able to work from our RS Puram office.
